Who am I

Welcome to my corner of the web! I'm Simmi Jain and I'm thrilled to embark on this journey with you as an RTT therapist. My journey started with teaching and grew into something more: a path of self-discovery and growth. I've always been curious about how our minds and bodies connect, and how our thoughts and feelings shape who we are. Along the way, as a therapist and mind coach, I've met many people, young and old, and I've seen that deep down, we all want the same things: to feel good about ourselves, to do better, and to be better. But sometimes, the world around us doesn't make that easy. That's where Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and mind coaching come in. They've let me help others by understanding the hidden parts of their minds, the parts that make them feel stuck. With RTT, we can tackle things like anxiety, sadness, or not feeling confident enough, and really make a change. It's all about making things better, one step at a time.

What is RTT?

RTT, or Rapid Transformational Therapy, is a therapy method that combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and other techniques to quickly identify and address the root causes of an individual's issues. It aims to deliver significant changes in a short amount of time by working directly with the subconscious mind. At the end of a session, clients receive a customized hypnosis audio to help form new neural connections in the brain, facilitating behavioral change.
